Food at high altitudes tastes better, perhaps because after skiing nothing is better than a lunch on the terrace looking at the white mountains.
Welcome to Alpe Lusia Ski Area between Val di Fassa and Val di Fiemme, in Trentino, where your snow holidays are dedicated to sports, relax and fun. If you are a skier or a snowboarder, if you love the mountains in winter or if you just want to have lunch in a ski chalet, you are on the right road!
Alpe Lusia Ski Area is one of the 12 ski areas of Dolomiti Superski. It lies between Val di Fassa and Val di Fiemme, in the beating heart of Unesco Dolomites, near the Natural Park of Paneveggio. There are 30 km of slopes that are always perfectly prepared thanks to the artificial snow we constantly make thanks to cutting-edge technologies. We have 8 modern lifts – 2 ten-seat cableways; 2 8-seat cableways; 3 4-seat chairlifts with bubble and one ski lift.
The slopes on the northern side of Moena are more difficult, more thrilling and exciting. The view over the mountain group of Catinaccio is simply amazing. On the contrary, on the side of Bellamonte, the slopes are easier, wider and sunlit. All around them, a view over Pale di San Martino and the wild Lagorai. This is the families’ and beginners’ favourite place. Your kids can take part in recreational activities in our fun parks on the snow and learn how to ski with our ski instructors on the ski school slopes.
What if you are not a skier? After a walk with the snowshoes on or a breath-taking slide on the sledge, you can have a delicious typical lunch and sunbathe on the terrace of our ski chalets while watching a unique landscape.
