Food at high altitudes tastes better, perhaps because after skiing nothing is better than a lunch on the terrace looking at the white mountains. At Alpe Lusia you can enjoy the food you prefer most – from the Italian and Trentino traditional recipes, to steak houses and gourmet menus for foodies. And if you want to eat and ski as soon as possible, you can have a sandwich at our snack bars. Try polenta and goulasch or our cold cuts and cheese, the trio of canederli or a slice of apple strudel.
